BAUM TenPers Institute: Student Policy Agreement

By enrolling in any course, mentorship, or academic program offered by BAUM TenPers Institute, you fully accept and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are binding and enforceable, and are designed to protect academic integrity, uphold our institutional values, and clarify the scope of student entitlements.

  1. Revocation of Certificates and Grades

The Institute reserves the full right to revoke any certificate or grade awarded to a student if it is later discovered that the student engaged in any form of cheating, plagiarism, collusion, or examination malpractice during their coursework or assessments. Such revocation may occur at any time, irrespective of when the misconduct is discovered.

  1. Discretionary Graduate School Support

Additional support in graduate school or scholarship applications—such as mentorship, recommendation letters, or strategic guidance—is provided entirely at the discretion of the Institute. This is a privilege, not a right. The Institute makes no guarantee of providing such support to any student.

  1. Intellectual and Other Property Rights

All tools, documents, research papers, email addresses, or materials developed for or with a student during their time at the Institute, including faculty-collaborated research work, remain the sole intellectual property of the Institute. Students have no ownership rights or claims to such materials. The Institute may choose to release such items to a student, but is under no obligation to do so.

  1. Letters of Recommendation

Letters of recommendation are a privilege granted solely at the discretion of our faculty. Students are not entitled to receive a letter of recommendation, even if they have performed well academically. We do not make promises or guarantees of recommendation letters under any circumstances.

  1. Non-Refundable Policy

All course fees are strictly non-refundable, except in rare circumstances where the Institute is unable to deliver the promised academic instruction. Withdrawal, dissatisfaction, or external circumstances are not valid grounds for a refund.

  1. Student Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism, respect, and ethical behavior in interactions with peers, faculty, and staff. Any student who exhibits disruptive, abusive, or unethical behavior may be suspended or permanently removed from our programs, with no refund or recourse.

  1. Use of Institute Resources

Students may access Institute-provided tools (e.g., writing labs, career advising, online platforms) only for the duration of their active enrollment. Access may be revoked upon completion or termination of their program. Unauthorized use of Institute tools or impersonation of affiliation after withdrawal may result in legal or academic sanctions.

  1. Confidentiality and Data Use

The Institute reserves the right to use anonymized student data for the purposes of academic research, improvement of services, and impact evaluation. However, any personally identifiable information will be handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

  1. Ownership of Collaborative Work

Papers, presentations, or projects developed in collaboration with faculty or under Institute-led research programs—especially when done without a formal contract or financial compensation from the student—remain the exclusive property of the Institute. Authorship rights may be granted at our discretion.

  1. Amendments and Interpretation

The Institute reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. In case of ambiguity or dispute, the interpretation of the Institute shall be final and binding. Students will be notified of major policy changes, but continued enrollment constitutes acceptance.

Please read this document carefully before taking any course or mentorship. Participation in any of the courses and programs signifies full acceptance of these terms.
